Do you offer any prepaid plans?
At this moment, no. All boxes are purchased as single items. Create an account with us and you'll receive notifications once we release a new box.

    Will I know the contents of my Kine Box before ordering?
    Contents of each box will not be listed on the website until the box has begun shipping out - we love a little mystery. If you have purchased a single box during pre-sale or a prepaid subscription, you may receive exclusive sneak peeks of the upcoming contents.

    How many items are in my Kine Box?

    The Kine Box will contain a minimum of 5 items.

    The Kine Box Mini will contain a minimum of 3 items.

    I wanted to order this month’s box, but I forgot.
    Have no fear! Some of the items that were featured in our recent boxes may be up for sale in our shop from time-to-time. You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive advance notice of our presales, and never miss a box again.

    Does each box contain the same products? And what if a product is sold out?
    Each respective edition/month will contain the same types of products. Depending on the nature of the product, there may be a variance in features such as colour, shape, size, etc. However, the value will always remain the same.

    If a product is sold out, we reserve the right to replace it with an item of equal value.

    How do I know when my order has shipped?
    All boxes are shipped via Canada Post using their Expedited Service. A tracking # will be provided to you once your package has been shipped. Typical shipping time with this service is 5-7 business days.

    The Kine Company Ltd. (dba Kine Box) is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered orders, but we will do our best to help you locate your shipment.

    How is shipping calculated on a prepaid plan?
    When completing your prepaid order, you will be charged once for shipping. This charge will cover the entire shipping amount of your prepaid plan, but is offered at a discounted rate of 20% OFF. 

    Do you ship to outside of Canada?
    No. Currently we only ship orders within Canada.

    Can I cancel my prepaid subscription?
    Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable. This applies to all subscription levels.  We’re always trying to bring you the best products, so if you’re unhappy with your box please let us know by dropping us an email at info@kinebox.ca.

    Will the delivery person know what’s in my package?
    Your order will be shipped using discrete packing materials. There will be no Kine Box logos or cannabis related imagery on the outer packaging of your order. And because we do not sell any items that contain cannabis, your package will always be odor free.

    How old do you have to be to place an order?
    Upon visiting our site (www.kinebox.ca) you will be asked to verify that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. In British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Yukon, this age is 19 +. In Alberta, Quebec and Manitoba, this age is 18+. Minors are strictly prohibited.

    Do you sell cannabis?
    No.

    Do any of your products contain CBD or THC from cannabis?
    No.

    Will I be charged tax?
    Currently, no tax is charged on your purchase. Additional customs and duties charges are unlikely as your product is shipping within the country of origin. However, any unforeseen custom or duties charges incurred are the buyer’s responsibility. Please consult with your customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.
